Responsibilities:
1. New team members will participate in a mentoring program
2. Talk to students in Spanish throughout the day (English with other teachers and parents)
3. Helping young learners with daily care: diaper changes, potty training, feeding, etc.
4. Older students: Educate and assist students individually or in small groups
5. Supervise older students in classrooms, hallways, and playgrounds
6. Help students enjoy the learning environment
7. Observe students and record relevant data
8. Encourage positive social skills
Ratings:
1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Ability to pass a state and federal background check
3. No Prior Experience Required in Teaching in a Child Care Setting
