Infant/Toddler Teacher – Ages 2 to 24 Months
We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our nurturing team. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for working with our youngest learners and understands the importance of structure, love, and individualized care in early childhood development.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create a warm and welcoming environment for infants and toddlers
· Keep up with numerous individualized schedules, including feeding, naps, and diapering
· Maintain accurate daily records of activities, meals, diaper changes, and naps
· Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
· Respond promptly and professionally to parent communications
· Help smooth transitions and regulate various temperaments throughout the day
· Organize and implement age-appropriate crafts and sensory activities
· Provide loving and attentive care during diapering, feeding, and naptime routines
· Supervise toddler mealtimes and introduce basic developmental concepts
